  • Our product range is crafted using natural materials such as bamboo, seagrass, water hyacinth, rattan, jute, and more. We are committed to offering eco-friendly products made from sustainable sources.
  • Please be aware that we do not maintain stock of our products. Each item is made-to-order, meaning production begins once customers confirm their orders and submit the required deposit. As a result, we are unable to accommodate small orders of less than 50 pieces.

Additional information pertaining to your projects (project goals, estimated order volume, timeline, etc.) will be collected at a later stage.

Pricing You can refer to the price range provided for our listed products to obtain a general understanding of the minimum and maximum prices per item, based on orders meeting or exceeding our minimum order quantity (MOQ). Please note that slight adjustments to the price range may occur over time due to factors such as material and labor costs. To receive an accurate quotation, kindly submit an inquiry specifying the estimated quantity of your order along with any customization, packaging, or shipping requirements.
  2. Production Time Our standard production time, also known as lead time, typically ranges from 40 to 70 days. However, the exact lead time will be determined by our consultants based on factors such as order quantity, product specifications, and materials.
  3. Sample Policy We understand the importance of evaluating product quality before proceeding with mass production. Therefore, we offer the option to create samples for your review.
  • Sample lead time: Approximately 10 days, although in some cases it may take 20-30 days for sample development.
  • Sample shipping time: 5-10 days
  1. Payment Terms We accept the following payment terms:
  • Telegraphic Transfer (TT) with a 30% deposit and 70% against copy of original documents.
  • Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.

  1. Warranty We take responsibility for any defective, damaged, or broken goods within 15 days of receiving the shipment. To report such issues, please provide a clear description and accompanying pictures of the affected items. We will then offer a refund or credit towards your next order for faulty items.
